We were on a relocation trip, and wanted to stop in New Orleans since we were passing through anyway.  We needed a cat-friendly hotel, and also needed to be able to park our u-haul trailer in a safe place. This hotel fit the bill.  It was in a great location - right off of the freeway (but with zero freeway noise in the room).  We were able to park our trailer in their parking garage, with the hotel valet's help. The room was very clean, staff friendly and helpful, and we had a great stay.  If I were to be nit-picky, I'd say the bathtub needs to be updated. The grout seemed old, and large pieces of the grout were missing around the edges of the tub. But, again, that's really the only "negative" I could find. I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

Very friendly staff, inviting lobby, very nice and well appointed rooms. There is an outlet on the side of the night stand . Sounds simple but makes this place modern and convenient.  The little things. Alarm clock, large bath with lots of sink counter space. Lots of towels and under storage.

We stayed in a room that my husband's company reserved for job training. Since I didn't make the reservation, I can't say how our room compared to other rooms in the hotel (for example, we didn't have a mini fridge and I prefer to have one). But everything was clean, the air conditioner worked, the staff was extremely friendly, and their was plentiful parking in a garage that felt safe. We purchased a beer and mixed drink from the bar around 8pm. The total was around $16, which is steep to me, but is pretty typical for bars. The breakfast was $15 in the morning, again pretty steep for me but can be typical for the area. I did see online that the hotel has a special for free breakfast for two through the end of this year. I didn't buy the breakfast so I can't complain, and I enjoyed my beer. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

Very nice property with excellent service. Rhona and her staff took great care of our group while we were working there. Her team followed our set-up instructions to the letter. The meeting room was very nice. I'd recommend this location for your meetings.

Clean, comfy, welcoming hotel that was a great place to bring my four-legged travel companion. Staff were welcoming, informative and insightful, even after 9pm! Room was nice, included a mini-fridge. Bathroom was a little dated, but clean and fresh. Will definitely consider this hotel again.
