Great room!!!  Beautiful view!! Perfect location to experience the best of the French Quarter. Friendly staff, excellent price.  Had some issues with paint fumes while using the gym, and sometimes the hallways were left unattended for trash and debris on floor.  But overall, fantastic experience!!  4.5/5 stars!!!

Rooms were nice and I liked the security they had to go up to the rooms. Service was great. I only did not like that they closed all the entrances at night except for one so I ended up getting caught in the rain.

This place is absolutely awesome! The staff is so nice. Everyone greets with a smile. My room was super. The beds are extra comfortable and I was happy to have a big bathroom. Those were the best 3 nights ever in a hotel.

Got something going on with air quality in rooms. Everyone in our room could not stop sneezing when inside the room. Yet we were all fine in the lobby/outside area. Also, hot water took a long time to come by. Other than that - everything was fine. Really comfortable beds!!

Overall nice. However I feel the rooms are a little dated, especially when compared to the J.W. Marriott. Biggest complaint is the odd motion activated air conditioning thermostat. The AC turns itself off when no motion is detected, regardless of temperature setting. This is not so cool when you've been gone for the day walking around in the New Orleans heat, not to mention when you wake up in the middle of night sweating to death because it doesn't detect your presence. And BTW, "pun intended".
