Steve is a fantastic lawyer! I worked with him to create a publishing agreement for my start up children's book publishing company a few months ago. The contract that he produced was very robust and comprehensive and covered all the important facets of the publishing business, which I realized as I started to get more and more involved in this business. He seems to be a perfectionist who takes pride in the work he does. He is also a very nice person to deal with and charges his clients very reasonably. Would highly recommend!

I approached Steve Sherman because I had been a former client of his in 2004. My experience back then was very positive, and I did not hesitate to call him again with a dispute I had with an organization. He listened to what my goal was and also identified potential problems in advance. Steve helped me  by organizing the facts involved, providing sound business advice and presenting a strong case which resulted in my favor. I found that this experience with Steve gave me hope and strength when I sometimes doubted myself.  He is very understanding and always available to talk with me.  I would highly recommend Steve to people who need a very knowledgeable, thorough, and experienced business attorney.

I have known Steve personally for several years, but recently had the need for a business attorney. I knew from our personal interaction I could trust Steve and was confident he would handle my issue. I was proven right in spades. Steve was able to respond quickly to my needs and also take the time to thoroughly answer my questions and alleviate my concerns. I've have always been glad to know Steve personally, but now appreciate him on a professional level. I would highly recommend him!

I've worked with hundreds of attorneys as a depo videographer and trial consultant, and Steve is my first choice when I need one myself.  He's very responsive, even when I know he's got a full load and my needs are relatively minor.  He's given me excellent advice that has helped me run my business better and resolve potential legal kerfuffles before they got out of hand.  He's been great!
