I went to have a watch battery replaced and saw a beautiful new collection of bracelets that come from France. "Les Georgettes" are bangles with interchangeable leather straps and come in 4 different metal colors as well as many designs. The staff was so friendly and helpful as they pulled out pretty much every bangle in the store! When I found the one I liked best, it had to be custom ordered as the silver tone was not in stock. No problem: I prepaid, chose the color of the leather band and left. The next day I got a call from the sales girl. She explained that my chosen bracelet was actually mis-tagged with a much lower price. However, they would honor my payment although it was HALF OF WHAT THE ACTUAL RETAIL PRICE WAS! 
If that's not customer service above and beyond, I don't know what is...

I took new dive watch here to have a couple of links removed from the bracelet. Unfortunately, these people lost the bracelet sleeves and I had to leave the store with my watch in several pieces in a z-lock bag; a completely negative experience. I would strongly suggest that you take your repairs (especially watch repairs) somewhere else. I instead went to a local jeweler (Kries Jeweler) that was able to help me and explain what had happened.
