The pictures I have posted say it all. 1 month after being re-stained with Sherwin Williams product, my deck began to turn black. Their product does not repel water. My wood now absorbs water. I have been into Sherwin Williams and called several times. Never a return response. I will post several more pics so you can see that their product doesnot work. When the Sherwin Williams guy looked at my board that I removed and brought in, he says this has to be 9 to 10 years old. Nope my deck is now 2 years old. It just looks ten thanks to SHERWIN WILLIAMS. I wish I would have stuck to the cheap Home Depot stain I originally used.

Katie at your Baxter location has gone ABOVE and BEYOND typical customer service to help us wth our colors. We are buying a house and completely re painting and she helped advise us what colors would be too dark and what looks good together. THANK YOU Katie, you have made this stressful expierence so much easier!

The skill level of the crew is of the lowest quality. Don't trust anything to be handled over the phone go through the pain steaks of carrying your cans in for color matches that exist in their own color decks.

Years ago I bought some paint from them. Now recently I wanted to touch up the rooms. I stopped by and asked for the exact same colors I had ordered before and they mixed the 3 colors up and handed them to me. I asked about colors and if they may have changed any since the last order and they said it should be the same.

It didn't match ... none of them were even close. Even the most basic customer service have been thoughtful enough to have at least let me look at a color swatch before mixing it (which I would have known right away that at least one was not the same, it was that different). Now I have spent over 50 dollars with them and 4 hours chasing back and forth and I have nothing to show for it. They would not accept my returns even though they clearly changed their colors since my last purchase. The manager offered no apology or price break for their failure.

Taking my business elsewhere was easy. There are other places that will take returns if their paints don't match and staff that are much more helpful.
