Smaller store with a limited supply of product. Great staff though.

I went to this location with a custom paint formula and name that was used on the majority of the house I just purchased, to which I needed more of. I presented the formula and the name to the color to this 'expert' and stated I would like to get another gallon of this color but as a flat paint. He was very hesitant to look the paint up in this computer system and began to give me excuses about how the colors really wouldn't match, this was a contractors order, it would be difficult for him to make it into a flat paint, yada, yada, yaga - none of which made sense to me

When I still wanted him to make the color for me despite his opinion, he then stated it would cost be around $50 bucks for this gallon. It's the main color in my home, I really need it, fine - just make my paint!

He printed out the label, went to the back only to return 10 minutes later stating he was all out of that kind of gallon. Really?? Your shelves are full of paint, and I have been your only customer in the 20 minutes I have been standing in your store. If you really just wanted to watch the football game blaring from the back and not do your job, then fine. You have lost my business.

I went straight to Lowes where they were more than happy to create the color for me and within 5 minutes I was leaving the store with my $27 - just as good if not better can of paint. 

Never again Sherwin, never again!
