Great place.  Friendly employees and very helpful.  I wasn't sure which color I wanted to choose and they looked at what I wanted to do, suggested some colors, and gave me some tips.

I visited SW after a paint job gone wrong from another store that’ll remain unnamed. The employees were very helpful and took the time to assist me in making the best decision. The store was very clean and I was acknowledged as soon as I came in. All three of the employees I spoke to were very nice and happy to help. On top of everything, I was in the store during a great sale and ended up with quality products for an unbeatable price. I won’t be getting my paint from any other store from here on out.

Unhelpful.  Person mixing the paint and color matching didn’t have much knowledge about paint.

Their customer service is awful and they are hard to work with. They didn't make anything easy when I was trying to get paint for a project. Very rude and aggressive when I didn't understand something. Avoid doing business at all cost.
