I went into the store because I had heard that Sherwin Williams were experts when it came to paints and finishes, having bought a new house I figured why not I'll need professionals they have professionals. As I pulled up a young lady in the Sherwin Williams polo was helping a customer out to her car, she smiled as I was walking in I took that as a good omen. I went inside said good afternoon and was completely ignored by the elderly woman inside, I figured, no worries customers are under NO obligation to have manners. Imagine my surprise a few moments later when two other customers walked into the store and were welcomed warmly by this exact same old woman. Turns out she does have manners, just not for me, I guess Benjamin Moore can have my money.

Staff was knowledgeable about various products that were available to accomplish what I wanted to do and the pros and cons of each product. They were friendly and helpful.
