Plainly put Sherwin Williams paint is of excellent quality. Much better than any other paint we have tried. For that reason we don't even consider going to another place. Furthermore, the associates are always so helpful and I confidently ask them questions knowing they can answer them with experience and knowledge. This is true for every associate I have dealt with.

Customer service is friendly and knowledgeable, store is very well organized and inviting, sales associate was able to help me match a color I had bought from Sherwin-Williams almost 10 years ago, and which was no longer in their current offerings.

Alan was so incredibly helpful each time I was in. I bought a gallon of color that ended up not being what I imagined. When I went back in he added color to get the exact shade I was looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly!!
