I stopped into the Shakopee Sherwin Williams on Friday afternoon and am pretty appalled with the "service" I received. If I could give zero stars, I would. 

My sister-in-law and I went in and there was one employee working. He was helping another customer so I knew we would need to wait for assistance. I have no problem with that. My issue is that the employee proceeded to completely ignore us and went to help two other male customers who came in after us without acknowledging us. We were keeping busy looking at paint samples, but after being in the store for 15 minutes, he didn't even greet us or let us know he would there to help in a moment...nothing. When he did finally come over after all the male customers were done, I mentioned I was looking to get samples of 3-4 colors to use at home to figure out which color would be best in a bedroom & bathroom. He showed me the size the samples came in and then walked away. He didn't offer to help in any way or stick around to answer questions. He then started helping another male customer who came in, even leaving the store to talk with the guy outside. When he came back in a few minutes later, he continued to ignore us at which point we walked out. 

I was so angry, I decided to leave and go out of my way to get the samples somewhere else. I refuse to spend my money somewhere that would blatantly ignore customers in their store. 

I can't help but wonder if I was a guy who walked in, would he have actually helped us?? I ended up going to the Chanhassen location a few hours later and got my samples from a helpful gentleman. I will never go back to the Shakopee location and will definitely let others know of my bad experience.
