Terrible service. I have been using Sherwin Williams paint for years. I walked into the Oviedo store with the intention to purchase exterior paint, concrete stains and sealers for my new home. As I walked in there were about 3-4 people in line and about 3 employees attending. I walked around the store for a bit before getting in line to ask a few questions. When it was my turn, who seemed to be the manager completely skipped over me and started helping the person behind me that had walked into the store about 10 minutes after me. It was clear he was a long time customer by the conversation. The other 2 employees looked fairly baffled that I had just been completely looked over and ignored. I proceeded to leave and not one employee attempted to correct the problem.

Pricier than Lowes. This is really a place for professional painters (since they get a discount) and for retail consumers to check out paint color options. If you're getting some samples though, head up the road to Lowes as the paint samples are almost half the price of the SW store.
