Customer service exceeded all expectations! The store's management team went above & beyond to help resolve a glitch with the "everyday low price" Ovation paint which I'd purchased to get our home ready to sell. 

After the walls dried, our painter & I both noticed streaks on the freshly painted walls. We saw similar streaking in the remaining paint inside the paint can. 

I called the store manager to report our problem. I was immediately assured that I would be taken care of & I was! 

Not only did she refund the cost of the defective can, she also asked if I would like the replacement paint to be made up in the higher quality blend Cashmere paint, which I'd purchased for other areas of my home. This new can was ready and waiting for me, at no charge. Thank you so much for making this already stressful situation so much easier!

Prior to this experience, I was truly skeptical about returning to Sherwin Williams due to a very poorly managed experience at a different local SW store. This South Barrington team has made me a SW customer for life at their store!

Also the SW website is chock-full of great info for product selection & do-it-yourself instructions. I also LOVE their app Colorsnap to help colors match & cut out so much of the guesswork! I can't wait to use Colorsnap in our new house to help select just the right colors to perfectly match our decor!

great experience! i love it here all of the staff are very friendly and funny. great deals and amazing prices, also products are better than home depot and BM.
