I have done business with this store for 12 years, and I have always experienced excellent service.  Chris and Sam are truly professional, and know what experienced painters need and want.  It’s a pleasure doing business with them, and I have no intent to ever taking my business elsewhere.

The reviews currently showing are 2 yrs and older.  I went to the store today and my experience was not pleasant.  He was passive aggressive and condescending.  I think i know what my front door is made of and I also know that it has stain on it.  I have a photo of it.  He basically tried to tell me that i had no idea what i was talking about while another customer stood behind me.  All the while he had a sneer on his face.  I will never go back nor will i recommend anyone else go.   I had basically the same type of experience in the nicholasville store yesterday.  I have an idea where the attitudes come from… i so miss the customer service of the past.  It was genuine.

My wife and I went to the shop on 2 different occasions. The sales associate remembered us, had our information at hand and could not have been more helpful! It was 1 of those rare excellent retail experiences!

Great help from this paint store! I have had others non Sherwin-Williams never even acknowledge my presence or act as if I were inconveniencing them as a nubie painter. Ben the assistant manager was so courteous and quite helpful. I will trade here for sure.

My most recent purchase here was smooth and trouble free.  I ordered over the phone and the order was picked up curbside.  I love the Duration paint and the color selection.

Accidentally left a 2 star review when trying to call. Updating my review to reflect my actually experience. 5 stars! Will was great in helping me get I need to paint my place. The staff was super helpful and friendly!

I agree, Davion is extremely helpful and always patiently explains everything to me in a way i can understand and relay the information.  We've bought nearly 100 gallons from SW at this point and Brett Smith and Davion are the reasons.  Paint is high quality as well.  Headed there in the next week for a Basement 800 sq ft's worth of primer and paint.

I really like the Richmond Road location and the friendly & helpful people who work there. I've been going there for years and they've never led me into buying anything with which I'm not more than satisfied.

They were very kind and helped me get the correct color that I had intended to purchase the first time. Really appreciate their help & for treating me like an important customer.

The staff at this Sherwin-Williams  is so accommodating and very engaged to needs and wants of the customer. I have been in the store a multitude of times and every time it has been amazing.
