My wife recently purchased 3 cans of paint here; gallon of blue, gallon of tan and a quart of orange.  Half-way through the project and I'm finished with the tan, I open the can of blue and its just like water.  Completely separated.  I double-check the orange and that is fine.  We go to our local hardware supply and purchase some more paint so that I can finish the project.

That evening when I take the blue back to Sherwin Williams, without opening the can to see what I've explained, they take the can in back, "shake/mix" it and bring it back to me.  I try explaining that the paint is useless to me now.  I needed it right the first time, when I'm in the middle of a project.

Long story short, they refuse to give me either a credit or a refund for the paint and even threaten to call the cops when I'm adamant that I speak with a manager or receive the refund.

I'll not do business here again.  Not when I have too many other options where I'll know the business will stand behind the product.

Congratulations SW, you kept the sale on that one can of paint but how many more did you loose?
