Totally disappointed to walk in to the Brighton location late Friday evening after making a special trip to get a stain match! 
They have done it several times for me in the past and for some reason decided to tell me that it can't be done without a business account. 
Just last week i had one done by the Ann Arbor location with no questions asked and an abundance of politeness. Which is hard to come by at the Brighton store with the exeption of one guy who is of regular height and lean. ( do not recall name) 
Needless to say that I spend at least $ 2,000 there for my own needs around the house.
So why would I need to get an business account to get a stain match for a hardwood floor?????

Always knowledgeable and patient. The colors in our home are awesome because of them. The paint covers great with no streaks. Can't wait to do my deck with their oil sealer.

Terrible customer service, front desk associates can't help with a return and manager is frequently not in the store.  While manager is on vacation, substitute manager comes over to Brighton from Commerce.  She "promises" to handle the return and call at 9:00 am tomorrow.  She never called.  Again, for a third time to the store to receive credit, no manager on duty and front line personnel unable to help.  The stores involved were an on-line purchase that Brighton manager is unable to help with a defective product return, Commerce manager doesn't do what she says and Garden City manager said he could help, but placed me on hold for more than one hour, until the store closes and doesn't address the return.  Bottom line, Sherwin Williams doesn't stand behind their product, quality of their product, and no franchised store is capable of completing a return for their defective item.  $127.00 transaction and no one will address a roll of wallpaper manufactured by Brewster company, sold by Sherwin Williams with black smudge through the entire roll.  The best customer service will come when VISA credits the account.
