Worse ever customer service! Never ever l will go back to that store

Staff greeted me but must have forgotten I was in the store as they proceeded to swear, jeer and discuss loudly how "good" a woman caller sounded over the phone. Pretty gross and disturbing to a female customer alone in the store. Did not help me pick out paint or give me options when purchasing. Colors I chose were super different from the colors mixed. I went during a sale so it wasn't overly expensive but I will not be returning there.

This is a great store. Joe went out of his way to help me with a phone order that I needed to be picked up. The paint prices may be a little higher at SW but like the saying goes "You get what you pay for". My painter insisted on SW in order to make his job easier and have a paint that will stand up to the elements. I purchesed Duration exterior.
