I don't usually leave reviews but was so annoyed I could not resist. I stood in the store for 30 minutes no one would help me. Terrible customer service. Looking at the other reviews this seems to be a pattern. I was ready to make a purchase and had to go elsewhere. If you're not a contractor going in the side door don't waste your time going in the front. I'm not sure why they even have a showroom?

I know every single Sherwin Williams in Durham, chapel Hill, Cary and Raleigh and I am afraid to work close to this one because I know if I go to get a roller frame I will have to wait at least 30 mins to pay it. They never stop working. Is just they are toooo slow... I HAVE NO COMPLAIN about The rest of Sherwin Williams ... Is the second time I leave the place after I wait for more than 25 minutes.
