I have had several interactions with employees at this store and they are always helpful, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make sure I get what I need and don't miss out on any deals. 
Sherman Williams products are superior, and it helps to have staff that are also great to work with. Keep it up!

We have waisted over an hour of the day waiting for them to produce a color match. They are extremely slow and at one point a customer went in the back to help. If the color we needed wasn't a Sherwin Williams color I would promise myself here and now that I would never come back.

I've been visiting this store for years, since before it was Sherwin Williams and haven't ever had an issue. Weekends are busy with homeowners, but what's new?

Very friendly, had the paint I needed in stock. I called ahead and they had it ready when I arrived.

Horrible customer service. They are not helpful and didnt seem to care about foxing the order they messed up. I will never do business there again. They sold me the wrong paint sheen after i told them three times the correct one i needed and refused to help fix the issue when I came back. Don't go there!
