What customer service?
I stood @ the counter for 20 minutes until 1 of the 3 workers emerged from the break room /office. He didn't have proper training. Had no idea about natural & synthetic brushes. 
Good prices & clean store.

I had the most wonderful experience here. People were really nice and knowledgeable.
Especially the manager...
They helped me with everything I needed and weren't hassling me or trying to sell anything I didn't need. Way more personal and knowledgeable than homedepot or lowes.
I would recommend this place to anybody. Check it out for yourself and get your own opinion.
