Customer service is good.... the folks try to be helpful and help you with tech questions and even though your computer system is often problematic the try their best to find accounts.... for some reason mine was lost and recently opened a new one.

Excellent paint!  I've been using Sherwin William's Paint for a couple of years now. It costs a little more than most other paints but it is very high quality and well worth the premium.
I buy it when they run a 30 or 40% off sale. (Which they do regularly)
My choice is the super paint.

The woman who works there on Sunday is extremely helpful.

What a truly wonderful experience!.  Heck with the paint, we all know it's great quality.  I want to tell you about the experience I had with the team at the store.  Everybody there seems to really want to "help" you find the proper materials for the job.  They obviously know what they are talking about and it shows.  I typically go to the Tilghman street store until I walked in a met Kara.  She's awesome!  Very personalable with the right touch of professionalism.   I felt like more of a friend than a customer.  Great job team!!!  Can't forget about Shannon!  You are an asset to the team too. Thanks for everyone's help.  You have earned a lifelong customer!
