We've been customers here for almost 10 years. They are always very helpful. Sometimes, I didn't even know they were having a promotion and they brought it up to me.

When asked about a similar color I've seen elsewhere, the manager recognized and gave me the right paint samples. 

We are now on our third major remodel project and I always come back to buy with them.

I've been a regular customer at the Sheldon Road Sherwin-Williams store for 18 years.  Not only have I purchased all of my paint at this location, but as a Real Estate Broker, I refer all of my customers to this location.  I have had exceptional service from well trained staff since 1998 and I intend to always stay with the Sheldon Road Sherwin-Williams crew as long as they continue to be an outstanding service oriented group.

Jose was amazing and was willing to help but manager shoveled me over to him and kept telling me how he couldn't do it and he had been doing it for 20 years.

Buyer beware, they tricked my wife into believing the paint she wanted qualified for the 40% off sale. I came by to pick up her order of 9 gallons and did not notice until it was too late.  Make sure you confirm the price before you pay. Over the phone the sales associate was very rude and said we should have got the more expensive ($60-$80 gal) paint to qualify for the discount and beside it doesn't matter because we still got Sherman Williams paint that is better quality that other brands.   I do like their products but this bait and switch tactic is not acceptable.
