Shifflett Roofing has earned my loyalty through its prompt and professional response to a mistake. Mistakes happen; it's the response to a mistake that counts. During some roofing work at my home in 70124, a nail fell into my air conditioning unit, blocking the fan from turning. When I let Mr. Shifflett know what had happened, he reimbursed me for the air conditioning repair, in full, within an hour. Seriously: Minutes. I am impressed!

No muss no fuss.  I am in the business of house restoration and have had a very hard time finding the right people.  Just had three turbines installed zip zip 123, sent me a movie and photos.  Thoughtful and throrough.

Tim at Shifflett Roofing is the real deal. We have a big, old house on Magazine and he's done everything to preserve it for us. No matter what the issue, He and his team are always going above and beyond the call of duty. I call him when I'm 2000 miles away and he's always there for me. A great guy and an amazing company that stands behind their work!!! Lots of shady contractors in the NOLA area, hire Shiffltt and you won't be sorry.
