Vegetarian ramen is not good at all. Just tastes like a hispanic version of a vegetarian chicken broth. The ramen egg is amazing. My friend had a regular pork broth ramen, she said it was delicious…so I would say veggie ramen is not their specialty.Food: 2/5

They actually made pretty good ramen -- I think this place is definitely worthwhile for more exposure. Their taste is more on the stronger and saltier side. Please note that water is located at a different place. To get water, walk down the hall way towards the stairs, and you will see paper cups and the fountain.Food: 4/5

This location was actually better than the Davie location. When I went to the Davie location the food was good but it was messy. The Miami location is much cleaner and you get to watch the process of them making the ramen. I met the owner and he was so nice. This is located on the second floor of the Julia and Henry Food Hall. Definitely worth checking out.

The noodles are pre-cooked so when you order it's prepared very fast ! The long hours cooked pork broth taste delicious   It is located inside Julia & Henry's building, in the heart of Downtown Miami.

BEST ramen I’ve ever had, full stop. Had the spicy tonkotsu and oh my god—such full-bodied flavor. The noodles, the egg, the BROTH. I saw on Instagram that they make the broth in-house—we can tell!!!! So so delicious. And the pork is tender and so juicy. I’m so glad to have found this place!!!!!!!!! The broth is good, but the portion of meat you get is not fair. Not worth the $22. And parking no where around the food court!Food: 2/5

Their menu online has many options, but its not the same at the location itself, lot less options. First time I've ever had a Ramen with a clear broth, looked like Pho.. didn't enjoy it, not a good option if you are vegan/ vegetarianFood: 2/5

Thick and dark broth, if you like light and creamy broth, this is not for you. The egg is not marinated, and it's only half. noodles are thin with good texture, the portion for the scallions and sprouts are on point, the pork portion was not bad but a little over cooked, overall not a bad place.Food: 4/5

I had an amazing bowl of their Kagoshima Special Ramen Spicy. Super complex broth and well paired with their thin noodles. This is one of the best bowls of ramen that I’ve had in a while.
