I took one of my cars yesterday to for a wash. The car was pretty much clean from the outside except for the back window and the whole interior. I paid the $20.99 just to get that done I didn’t even care they would but fregance inside. It was my first time going, j was hoping this would be my new car wash.

Went there last Saturday afternoon 2/10/18. Been going there for about 3 years. Never had a problem with their service. This time was different. I had my cologne in my drivers door panel and was stolen. I didn't realize it until later that day when I went back to use it and notice it wasn't there. Unfortunately it was already to late to go back since they were already closed and they're also closed Sunday's. So I went back Monday. Mike, the manager, at first was very helpful talking about they were going to send the recording to corporate and they were going to get to the bottom of it. Well it took almost a week and today 2/16/18 I decided to show up because I never got that call. Well this guy Mike manager straight up told me, they didn't see nothing in the cameras and that most likely I made it up, calling me a liar!!!...didn't even try to compensate or nothing. All I wanted was for them to at least compensate.  Straight up shut me down. Never going back and for sure telling all friends and family to stay away!

If I could give 0 ⭐ I would spent 15.99 on car wash...  very next morning can see all streaks on windows didn't clean inside very good...didn't vacuum trunk...hope they don't wash there was the way the clean my car very poor job faulse advertising on top of there building $7.99 ....7.99 worth of job they should say....

They offer various levels of car washes and also detail service.  Was very busy.  Service was friendly.

Brand New two week old 60,000 dollar truck and they soaked all the exterior on Tire shine and the interior. Everything was sticky and oily.  Truck was brought back to have all the tire shine removed and it was only wiped down. No one answers the phone .  The people today said they put leather cleaner on the interior when it was taken back but there is no leather in the truck.  I will not go back other than to have the still existing tire shine removed if there capable of such thing .windows were never cleaned  and after reading the reviews I think I need to check the center console for the change that was left in there
