Working with Shingle Pro was great. I needed to have my roof torn off and redone completely.  I received several quotes from various companies. Even though Shingle Pro wasn't the lowest price, I chose them because of their honesty.

During the in home consultation, I was shown samples of every single item they would be installing on my roof. They also provided samples from their competitors so I could see the difference. They were open and honest about how extensive the job would be. They answered all of my questions before leaving my home.

I appreciated the fact that someone from the company called me weekly from the time I signed on with Shingle Pro to when work was completed. I didn't feel like I was out of the loop for two months.

The crew that worked on my roof arrived early each day and worked hard to get the job done quickly, despite the cold winter days. The job took a couple of extra days because it was more difficult than originally planned, but the crew was wonderful the entire time.

Shingle Pro came out after the roof was finished to inspect it with me so that I could assess the project myself. In the end, the price I was quoted was the price I paid.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the work that Shingle Pro did. Definitely will recommend this company to my friends and family.

Jason runs a very professional business based on customer service, I was truly impressed.  The bid was very competitive but in addition, he promised to deliver a quality result by using top quality materials and paying attention to details on the installation.  They did just that.  The foreman worked with me to be sure everything was being done to my satisfaction and he and his team are skilled craftsmen.  In fact, they went beyond to be sure all the flashing, trim etc. were done correctly, looked great, painted, yard cleaned up.  The Project Manager even followed up with a post completion inspection to be sure everything was correct, clean, and that I was satisfied.  Very impressed to find a company that actually does what they promise and strives to deliver a quality product.  It was a great experience and I recommend them to anyone who needs a roof.

Awesome experience – from start to finish. Throughout the process, they’re goal was always customer satisfaction. The quality and craftsmanship of the work performed was excellent. Everyone involved, from the quote, scheduling, re-roofing, and final inspection, was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

My experience with Shingle Pro Roofing was a very positive one!  I can't give these guys enough praise.  They had to remove three layers of old roof before they could install the new one.  They came on time every day and stayed until after dark to clean up all the debris from the day's work. They are a very hard working and dedicated crew! 
  From the very beginning, six to eight weeks before we were scheduled to begin the project, Kim would call me once a week to keep me informed of their schedule and a tentative starting date, adjusting it to my needs when necessary.  Jason, the owner, explained everything in great detail before I signed any papers.  He was very informative and professional and gave me great confidence that the job would be done in an expert manner.  Joey, the production manager, came out frequently to ensure that everything was going as planned and to address any concerns I may have had.  Noah, the foreman, was onsite every day working side by side with the rest of the crew to ensure everything went smoothly... and it did. The job was finished on time in the amount of days I was told it would take. These guys have it down to an art!  Every detail was taken care of... the dumpster, the permits, they even brought their own "honey bucket"! 
  Shingle Pro Roofing has easily earned a 5 star rating from me. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof. There is no need to search any further... these are the guys!

Shingle pro Roofing delivered a fantastic product! The workers were very courteous and cleaned up around the house at the end of each work day. The only slight drawback was it took twice as long as it should have taken. This was due to the size of my roof and only having 2 workers doing all the work. The workers stated they had some of their roofers injured. Other then this, the roof looks wonderful! The detail, painting of metal on the roof, all looks amazing! Thank you guys for a great product!
