The dispatcher plays god by letting time go by before notifying Officer Of the Day. Police Reports are inaccurate,  slow, and you have to pay to receive your reports ("I've had Alb PD email a report in a matter of hours, for free."). Constantly playing phone tag for Police Report Corrections. Smh...
