My girlfriend dragged me to Oregon on a adventure that seemed liked one of many (we travel very often)  . We had breakfast here the first morning we've been here and honestly I understand now. I understand her love for this state. For it's people. The owner was SO MUCH MORE than nice friendly, warm and inviting. She made us feel at home. She has already been more than one of many factors that have made me fall in love with this place. To keep it simply, the owner is AMAZING. Food = AMAZING view = AMAZING . Must stop by. Won't regret it. In fact, you'll regret passing it by. We'll be back. Without a doubt

Cool place. We ate outside at lunch time and enjoyed some music. A sax player and piano. They were pretty good. We both ordered the prime rib hash with eggs and potatoes. When the order arrived my husband had the prime hash and mine was regular hash. Happy over site because the corned beef hash was probly some of the best I have had. Great environment. We will try dinner next time.

Everybody remembers THE ECLIPSE,,yes,,,
Most places were closed  so a friend &I wanted to do lunch that day like we've done before we picked tippy canoe  and restaurant is closed (due to eclipse) we're sitting having lunch and this lady comes driving up in the company van and starts screaming and cussing at us telling us to get the F... out of the Parking lot and (other WORDS)she's GOING TO call the police and tow truck. 
We weren't doing anything wrong just trying to enjoy LUNCH  like always sitting in the car.
My opinion of her actions if she's the owner she went about it the WRONG way
I hope everyone who reads THIS doesn't eat there again    myself I'll NEVER BUY ANOTHER MEAL THERE AGAIN.  I will say the food is good  but never AGAIN due to her

Outdoor seating was nice. Poor wait staff running a city block to deliver food made service slow. Understaffed. Food served barely warm. Description in Google wrong. NOT comfort food. More like seafood with a few overpriced sandwiches. I would have just complained there but between four separate employees, only the bartender asked how my drink was. Really expensive experiment. Not going back.

Unique environment.  Excellent food, drink, and service. Shirley's is one of those places you will never forget. Beautiful setting, outdoor seating along the Sandy River. Wildlife and waterfalls. Shirley strives for excellence, and it shows. She is an amazing Woman. Make it your next destination, for making good memories.
