My daughter LOVES coming here. This is always a treat for her. Arleen is always so sweet. We live for this in the summer!

Loved this cute little shop. Friendly staff and the tons of options for sandwiches, ice cream, shaved ice and more.  I tried the honey Sriracha chicken panini which was excellent! I would have liked it spicier, still really good!

I just had the best cheeseburger and the best potato salad in Bullhead City. Shiver River is so much more than yummy frozen treats, although those treats are and have always been amazing! Furthermore, the customer service was excellent. It is very clear that they are intent on giving the customer an experience that will make they want to return. Seeing as I’ve gone there for lunch two weekends in a row and am thinking about next weekend already, it’s working!

We stop in every time we visit from LA. The river is worth the trip as it is, but now the best shaved ice ever is in Bullhead City. They also have coffee, ice cream and other delicious items. I usually get a 16oz and they have so many flavors to chose from. The shop is always spotless, and don't get me started on how unique and cute the decor is. A must stop on the way to/from/through Laughlin/Bullhead City. It can be a little tricky to spot if you are driving fast, but there is a "Express Water & Ice" stand that is visible from the street. That is where you turn in and park in the small lot.

We stop by this place everytime we're in Laughlin. It's a super cute shop and the workers and sweet. The texture of the ice is perfect and they have many different flavors to choose from.

Genuine Hawaiian Shaved Ice in Bullhead City! Excellent, & shop owner Arlene is friendly & offers 50 or 60 flavors! And sandwiches too! Shop has take-out and inside seating. I recommend it!

This place is Amazing if you are in Laughlin Nevada you must cross the bridge into Bullhead Arizona and try this place they have the best shaved ice I have ever had!!!They also have sandwiches which are really good!!!

Really really good! Don't let the exterior of the building fool you. It's really cute inside and the shaved ice is really good. Lots of flavors and good service. We make this our regular stop on the way into Laughlin.

If you're visiting laughlin this place is right across the river right across from the Harrahs and is worth the visit! It's pretty hidden but the inside is very cute. The servings are generous and there is a large variety of flavors

I've never been inside, but I had to go there when my old watering hole was tore down and a new one installed. Water from both taste just as pure to me. But this place takes change, $1,5 bills and gives change in quarters back. And bulk ice is cheaper if you fill a water cooler every day!
