I've never given a rate or review before but I really felt I needed to because this place is awesome. My 4 year old had surgery about a week ago and let me just say that ALL of the staff from the receptionist to the surgeon and everyone in between were so friendly and really great with kids they even spoiled my daughter and waited on her and she wasn't even the patient. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a hospital. They even sent my son a get well card in the mail with stickers for him to play with. I highly recommend this hospital great staff and a wonderful experience.

I have had various horrible experiences at this location and another. At a different location I was diagnosed incorrectly and sent on my way, and two days later I had an infection so terrible I ended up in an emergency procedure. Here I have experienced extremely rude staff! I walked into the UR and the intake representative looked at me and then stood up and said to her coworker “I’m going to get coffee we are out,” and because the other intaker was busy I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for coffee lady to come back. How freaking rude.

This urgent care is right close by me and with two young children I visit frequently. I'm always in and out fast. The staff is always nice. They will print out pictures for the kids to color while we wait. Overall a nice facility.
