In the past I’ve had bad experiences at Shoe City. Those experiences always kept me away from this location but I had to go in because the shoes I was looking for, I couldn’t find in any other store in the mall. I went in and I was INSTANTLY greeted by KEON. He was very warm and welcoming. He wasn’t able to assist me at the moment but SHANTELLE stepped in and helped me pick out ANOTHER pair of shoes for my daughter. She was very knowledgeable, kind and had a lot of patience with me because I know I can be difficult when it comes to shoes for my daughter. With that being said, those particular employees did an excellent job.

The staff is vary unprofessional.I went in to do an exchange was treated like dirt.The cashier decided to wait on a line of customers before doing my return.I will never shop their again.

Employee sweaty and out of breath took 40 minutes to try on three shoe sizes I tried to pay with my phone cashier covers of credit card machine as if she has Down syndrome and was afraid of me horrible experience oh yes and all three shoe sizes were wrong management you suck because they did nothing and there was only one other person in the store must have been in the back getting high
