Poor management or associates....it's one or the other. Stopped in to pick up some jordan's and jeans, all associates seem to be laughing joking around with customers at the counter whIle I waited for assistance over 20mins only as I left the store did one associate finally ask did I need help my reply was nah I'm good heading to Dtlr.
