Bought a clearance pair of shoes two days ago that had a beat up box and some wear on the bottom of the soles from being tried on. Explicitly asked to make sure I could return them if needed (shopping for bridal wedding shoes). Walked back in to return them today after finding something more comfortable and was told they would not take them back, even though they are in the exact condition I bought them and I had the receipt. Was told "we can't sell these as new" but they sold them to me as new in the same condition! Won't be returning to this store, this isn't the first bad experience there.

Prices were very low, they had multiple pairs of men's dress shoes for $25-$30 dollars. The employee that helped me was very kind and asked me a few times if I needed help. However, who I suspect to be the manager did not seem friendly and failed to even acknowledge any of the customers in the store.

Customer service was almost non existent. After waiting 20 minutes for service, walked out and went to another store.

Poorly educated employees completely unable to handle a simple refund transaction. Piss poor customer service.
