The salespeople are fantastic! They were able to order a boot that I needed for work! I would highly recommend them for any shoes you are looking for! My only downside is that they do not offer a military discount.

Went in today 1/27/2018 around 4:10pm there was an employee at the counter not helping anyone she did not acknowledge me or my son she didn't bother to greet us. We looked around and we found a couple of pairs my son needed to try on I went looking for help to the front counter and thru the rows I finally found the same employee she was in the back room with her son and another employee I gave her the shoes we needed she she took another 10min came back and said here you go didn't offer to help in anyway she must have been too busy with her son turns out she is the manager her name is Michelle, this is the 2nd time with this type of treatment I will never shop here again and will be letting the corporate office know my experience!!

Staff was very helpful and patient with my kids even when it was really busy there, they took time to take care of them to find the right shoes and styles they wanted.
