Horrible service. Workers standing around talking to one another not paying attention to consumers. All we received is a welcome in between their conversation. Not one of them offered to help me find my son any sneakers or ever asked if they could help me. My son was about to do something bad while I was on the phone and they all noticed that. Even tho I was telling him to put the item down the lady thought she need to take call my son over and the young man in there was just horrible and must not have experience with children he was very rude and I will never shop there because it's evident they don't train their employees on customer services. This happened on a Wednesday around 5pm and I was the only person in the store. It may have been one other person in the store. Only the older gentle men in there didn't say a word. I shouldn't have to yell at my kid and be ghetto for ppl to think I didn't say anything to him about his behavior. Which I did tell him not to do that and he was listening but they made such a big deal of what he was doing although not one of them ever offered to help us find any shoe.

Personal very nice, helpful. Store clean, stock with larger sizes , good prices.
