Lots of nice shoes.... But if you dont like the shoe laces or need longer ones for them, this store only has a few things of laces and their for regular shoes

The NEW employees/managers at the Henderson store on Lake Mead are VERY HELPFUL and professional, I believe their names are Frank and Linda and they have assisted me twice now in the month of December and both are to be commended for their excellence in customer service. Also this store has great deals on hundreds of shoes/boots. I don't know how well some of them will hold up but when youre only paying $20-$40 for a pair of boots it's ok if they only last a season or two.

Can't really rate the actual store. Showed up at 10am to get some new work shoes, since they open at 10am. Only to find the doors still locked, I'm a patient person and waited for about 15 minutes for an employee to open the store, and at 1015 still locked doors! I guess this is why I usually stick to the bigger stores or factory outlets when buying shoes. Only way you can be a successful business, is to actually open your doors and show your customers you respect them and want their business. Oh well, on to the next one!!
