Shoefits is quickly becoming the premier place to shop for the latest in footwear, handbags, and accessories. Our rapidly developing company opened its first store in Houma, Louisiana in September 2004 and its second store in Lafayette, Louisiana in September 2006. A third location is already under consideration.

Shoefits is owned by two Houma natives, a mother and daughter team--Shanna Trosclair and Jodi Webb. The duo make a dynamic business team.

While we at Shoefits know you may not be able to visit one of our stores, we hope you enjoy your online shopping experience with us! And remember, Buy it, Wear it, Flaunt it because our idea of changing a flat is putting on a new pair of high heels.

FRANCHISE:

Franchises are now available. Our logo is patented, and we provide a prepackaged turn-key investment. All stores will be designed exactly alike and according to our U. S. patent, and will be available to those financially approved. The minimum investment is $250,000, and can vary according of location. This investment will assure a total and complete duplication, including initial inventory for opening. Shoefits requires a monthly design and concept fee that will be based upon gross sales for each month. The fee varies according to city, store size, and location. Concept assists clients with entire setup from start to finish, including store location. Our staff is available from the beginning of the build out to store opening. All stores and operations are set up in duplication which allows multiple support for every store. All franchise stores will be given sales manuals, operations manuals (including opening and closing procedures), and employee policy manuals. All stores will be visited quarterly for help with sales and marketing strageties, as well as merchandising issues. Existing graphics for advertising and promotions is offered in the package as well. Our comittment and additional support allows each location to maximize its full potential of growth in any city. Any new store locations will also have the advantage of being listed on our fully e-commerce website as a store location and it's information.

Any existing store with an established customer base can and will be negotiable at the time of inquiry.
We work as a team, and attend all markets together. Relationships with existing vendors have already been established for new store owners! This information will be provided to you as well, and all appointments will be made and handled from the corporate office.
