Reviews

Went into the store to buy shoes.  Shoes were ticketed at $49.  Cash register showed up at $69.  Manager was unable to honour the ticketed price,  nor provider any discount or price adjustment.  Total waste of my time and never return.

Show Palace(owner) does this mean that you will honour the price ?  If so,  who do I speak to there ?

They where very rude took 25 minutes to
Find a shoe still didn’t return mall was closing I guess they forgot about me employee was on they’re phone that could factor in why they forgot about what size I had previously ask for

Walked in no one asked me if I needed help I had to look for help as well as I purchased a pair of shoes took them home when my son put them on they were different Sizes so I called the store To let them know that I was given two different sizes and I needed to make sure the shoe was in stock the lady said if it’s not in stock then we will refund you your money of course that defeats the purpose I went in to buy a pair shoes I should have went home with the shoe size correctly their responsibility was to check the shoe and make sure they both were the same size before I took them home.
