I went in to buy some Puma shoes and the employee helping me out said that the shoes I picked out were wack and that he wanted to show me something better. He showed me a pair of ugly Jordan's that were twice the price of the Puma's I picked saying "These are better huh?" and when I said no and that I still wanted the Puma's, he said that I should buy the Jordan's because they weren't wack like the Puma's I picked out. That's when I got mad and said "Look I came here to buy the shoes that I want, not the ones you want. So don't be telling me what I should and shouldn't buy. If you like them so much then buy them yourself." After that the manager stepped in and made the employee go to the back and then apologized for him criticizing the shoes I bought. This place has an excellent selection on shoes but the employees criticize your shoe taste. Probably never gonna buy shoes here again.

I swear I have to report this place for being AWESOME. The staff are the nicest I have ever seen in any Shoe Palace and a great selection of shoes. I bought a pair of black Adidas Ultraboosts for $180. I have been in many Shoe Palaces across the states because Im a sneakerhead. Most of them were good but this one Shoe Palace really stood out. Without a doubt Im coming back here soon.

Horrible customer service. Had to return some shoes that were a birthday gift and they would not budge on returning shoes for money back. He was adamant on giving store credit. Understandable, BUT the store employees were so nosey and jumping in the conversation while the associate whom I was speaking with, manager, let them! When I left the store associates sarcastically said “have a nice day”. Management really needs to clean house or that store will not survive.
