I like the store but the customer service is horrible! I was there today 7/2/22 getting a fre pair of sandals and the lady watched me more than she tended the store, customer had to find her on my isle just to check out. When I was finally done and went to register the first thing she said are you going to get any of the shoes you left out all on the floor? I had 3 boxes of shoes at the register and she didn't even see those! Rude for no reason

The employees are always helpful and friendly. I usually do a majority of my shipping online, but it's really hard to buy kids' shoes without having them try them on. This is our go to place for kids' shoes. They always have something that is reasonably priced and makes me kids happy. Win win!

Typically shoe shopping here is amazing and enjoyable however the cashier here today 11/21 @ 3:00pm was rude, and very unprofessional, we were treated as thieves when requesting the 2nd shoe to try on and upon the final check out process was very dry, there was no upselling, and definitely not a smile in the place. Seemed as if we inconvenienced the person behind the counter by entering the store.
My family and I were there today 11-21-21 around 3:00 pm. The service was horrible. The woman watched us like a hawk and had us give her our shoes, like we were going to steal something. She didn't greet us or anything. She had a terrible attitude. I do hope management will take care of this.
If I didn’t have to put a star I would put one at all!! My uncle who has Cerebral palsy went in this store today and bought $200 worth of shoes. He was walking out which he has a hard time doing due to his condition and this employee wanted to shove all the shoes in his arms and made him fall on part of the side walk and part of the road to load to shoe boxes up. When he fell the employee walked back in and left him and said NOTHING!! My grandma parked right outside the store at the front door and the employee wouldnt help load the shoes for him. So my uncles fiancé went in and got the manger and the manger replied “there’s nothing I can do he falls all the time anyways because of his condition”. The manger didn’t even offer to give him a bandaid or anything. This is uncalled for and my uncle nor anyone should be treated this way. We will be taking the matters into our hands and going farther with this situation. Corporate will be called because the manger and employee are rude and shows no compassion towards anyone. The manger hasn’t even asked if he is ok or not. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE!!! We have photos!!
Good selection of shoes and accessories, the staff was very nice and helpful.
This shop is a great one to find kids shoes especially when they do their buy one get one half off sales.
Good place for shoes, just not a wide variety for my shoe size 16w
