I recently bought two pair of shoes. I wore one pair once it was not wide enough. they always tell you that you can bring them back. I have bought a lot of shoes from them. when i took them back to exchange. the manager was very rude with out a receipt there was nothing she could do. bull all my information is right in the computer. . when i asked you are going to lose a costumer over a precept look me up it is right there she was very nasty. I am reporting them to corporate this is not there normal procedure. She is not going to disrespect me like that

My shoes were bagged and my coupon was honored. I had a great experience here today and in the past - every time I call or come in, the staff is very attentive and quick to answer my questions. They mentioned their flexible return policy and it was apparent that my satisfaction was their #1 priority. Kudos!

Guess I got lucky. Great employee sold me my shoes. He was a young kid and to the point. Very nice quality work shoes.

bought mammoth shoes for my husband and they only lasted about 7 months before coming apart. spoke to manager cornell rivers who was very unprofessional. will never buy shoes at this location ever again. the website has better discounts but won't be buying from them either.
