Since I don't really care for going to the mall, this place is perfect for me. I have pretty severe feet issues and it is really, really hard to find shoes and it is even harder to trudge through the mall. Shoes on a Shoestring is the perfect place to go. I'm not so much looking for "the big deal" as I am comfortable shoes at resonable prices be it dress up or dress down, summer or winter, I am never disappointed. And, it is all in one place and the people who have helped me are always great and very helpful. And, I have every intention of returning soon.

first time there and it was great! the shoes were in great order, no pushy sales people, we bought a couple of shoes! definitely be going there again

Overpriced shoes and the sales associates fight over customers for their penny commission. Very pathetic atmosphere and poor management. Do not shop here!!!!

The selection is ok and the princes aren't that great. There are better places to buy shoes.
