My wife and I brought our two children here for an end of the school vacation week dinner. We’ve always loved hibachi and have been here a few times. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had at any hibachi. Our chef “Mike” was miserable as he pushed his cart to our table. That continued throughout. All the was food was cooked fast with very little flavor and there was absolutely no entertainment at all. Never talked to us. The other people at the table were also commenting on how bad everything was. 

I asked to talk to the manager at the end and I explained to her that we were pretty disappointed with everything. She kept saying the chef had a bad ear and that’s why. I explained to her that maybe he should have stayed home then. It’s not fair to the people who pay good money here and our children looked forward to a good time. She once again just gave an excuse that he had a bad ear. She really didn’t care and I don’t even know how she ever made it to a manager position. No customer service at all. After going back and forth, we just left. We will for now on just stick to Ichigo Ichie in Franklin. It’s about 10 min farther away but so much better in all aspects.

My absolute favorite place for drinks and sushi.  Best sushi house special rolls!  Hibachi also very good.
