We went for my son's birthday and had a great time. Food was fresh and staff waiter and chef were both friendly and fun. My son had the salmon and said it was amazing. I did the vegetarian special and the vegetables had great flavor. My youngest son got chicken nuggets and fries, proof that there is something for all tastes. Each meal comes with a salad and soup. The birthday special is $6 and you get a headband, dessert slice of cheesecake, and a song with drums. It was worth the price IMO Features: All of the staff wore masks.
After we were seated and placed our orders, we waited about an 1hr 1/2 for the chef to get to our table. It was to the point that we almost asked for a bill for the appetizers, sald and soup. Our waitress was short with us and not friendly or very polite. The chef was dull. He prepared our meal and performed some tricks with the eggs and spatula but didn't say a word. Dinner at a Japanese Steakhouse should be an interactive experience; this was not! The food was good though. My rating is based off of the entire experience. I will not be going back!
This place is so good! We come every year for my daughter's birthday! We love their food! The chef was hilarious and made great food! The waitress was very attentive! Highley recommend! We will be back!!!
This place is great for large group. The presentation was good and the food was delicious as well. We had the teppanyaki experience. I would say that the overall meal including the sides is just enough to fill you up. Though some of my friends felt like the meal wasn't enough. It was a great experience to have when you have big family or friends.
Habatchi style cooking adds to the fun of this wonderful meal. Our chef was fantastic with his skills. This place is a must go for a fun evening with great food!Dine in: Yes
We went for hibachi and had a great time! We also got some pretty good sushi. We had a very fun chef cook us a great dinner with some friend! Very gun place to get dinner and a show!Recommended dishesHibachi Chicken Teriyaki, Sushi Rolls and Shashimi, Hibachi Steak Fried Rice
Great place with a nice atmosphere. We like their boxes, where you get an assortment of your choice of meat steak, chicken, etc with schrimp, rice, soup, sushi, rolls and more, at a very reasonable price. Food is good and fresh, and if your preffer to eat at the Teppanyaki table, you will have a lot of fun watching the cheff cook and make tricks in front of you. The facility is big and with a great parking lot. Check it out, you won't be dissapointed!
Hubs and I really enjoyed our experience at the hibachi grill at Shogun! Food was amazing..atmosphere was fun... this volcano drink was delicious too!!! NOTE: You have to order noodles if you want both noodles and rice. We didn't know that. :
It wasn’t that great. Very expensive for small portions and a limited amount of options to order. I wanted something so simple: Miso Soup and sushi. The soup was basically a bowl of water with seaweed in it and the sushi had no flavor either. It was basically a bootleg Kobe’s. For those prices, I’d just go to Kobe’s. Don’t waste your time.
Love this place! Food is always on point. Staff is very friendly and quick. I think it's easy to get frustrated with this place because they always seem to have a wait and seating issues with larger parties. But I also think that's sort of the way it goes with this kind of setting. I've never had a bad meal here. For the price it's a great time. Service with a show. A++! Note: they did not sho us any guns. You may need to ask. I honestly dont know how that would have enhanced out experience, but I leave that to each their own.
