Worst place ever. Food was cold and not cooked all the way. Prices were stupid for the amount we got. Worst salad bar.

Food was very good. My only concern is that they leave chips and a sweet sauce in an open bowl sitting on all tables all day long waiting for customers. That just seems unsanitary especially if flies are around or customers walk by coughing etc  and also makes the chips very stale.

Have aye here many times in the past and the food was great. Ate there 9/12/17 found hair (more than 1 piece) in center of food, when I took back in immediately (within 5 minutes) . Tried to say it was mine, I'm a blonde with lots gray. The hair was black and the employee said say had to talk to her boss.  Came back handed me a refund and walked away. Poor customer service and RUDE.! Will never eat there again. Deserves. No STAR would be the rating but couldn't post without at one star.

One of my favorite places to eat in West Jefferson NC!!! Excellent Food And Friendly Staff!!! I Would definitely recommend going during their lunch specials which end by 4 pm everyday because u get the same amount of food if not more on ur plate as u do during dinner hours and it’s also at a great lower price than u wud normally pay during the dinner hours!!! They Definitely SERVE UP THE BEST LOCAL Japanese Food In Town!!! Which I ALWAYS get the HIBACHI CHICKEN but substitute my mushrooms with Broccoli, Fried Rice and Carrots! U also get to snack on the little chips and sauce that are already sitting out and waiting for u at ur table while u wait for ur meal!!! If u decide to go during dinner hours, whichever plate u chose also comes with soup and salad!!! U Will Absolutely Have A Great Time Dining Out With Ur Family Here At Shokudos!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
