This was our first visit,  maybe our last.  Most of the food was good,  really no complaints with taste.  Did order fried pickles, which are spears, but they were gritty.  Not sure why,  did break tooth,  that stinks, not my first choice of words, but... The food took forever,  47 minutes for fried pickles, zucchini sticks, sweet potato fries, and a couple of dogs.  47 minutes for food to arrive with a 2 year old, also should mention very hot and sticky inside.  Maybe we will try again in winter.  Made for not such a good experience

Stopped in here on a whim. It's a cute little place. The menu is very flexible. They had great choices, and then there was the option to "build your own". Each of us "built" a burger with the fixins of our choice. Wide variety of choices ! The burgers were great and amazing service. Would definitely recommend to other people

I had been here once before with my grandmother and some other family a few years back and didn't have any sort of issue. The food was great, service was good, but yesterday I had a totally different experience. I went with my boyfriend and my mother for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. It was pretty dead in there, but we had high hopes. My mother ordered the Grilled Port sandwich, I got the J&W Chicken Sandwich, and my boyfriend got the Vermont burger-- medium rare, and we all split a large order of sweet potato fries. The food my mom and I had was great-- no complaints. My boyfriend's burger, however, was not medium rare, it was seared on the outside and still quite raw on the inside. He lost his appetite after taking one bite and decided to let my mother and I finish our food first before going down and requesting to get his money back. One of the men working came up to deliver another couples' food and asked how ours was, and my boyfriend took the opportunity then to let him know how his burger was. He apologized, offered something else but my boyfriend said "No, thank you", and he took the burger back downstairs... Then the cook came up.... This is where I was pretty much turned off altogether. She had a snarky tone and asked "is this TOO medium rare for you?" to which we responded that it was raw, not medium rare. She insisted she would have fixed it if he had just said something and her attitude seemed snarky the whole time. It's good that she wanted to come double check that he didn't want something else or a re-make, but just the way she assumed that my boyfriend was over-exaggerating how raw this burger was and had to come up and confront him was pretty unprofessional, in my opinion. Both of us have worked in food service for years, he attended culinary arts school, and I would never expect to be confronted by the cook like that in any other restaurant.

The food is absolutely yummy. SWEET POTATO FRIES WITH MAPLE MAYO ARE MY FAVORITE! THE burgers are so big you can't get your mouth around them! Yummos

Food was delicious but I was very disappointed at the time it took to cook 2 hot dogs, zucchini fries, French fries and an Italian sausage. We were here about an hour which really set us back on our travel time. The gentleman working was really nice so no complaints. The restaurant looked dirty though. Some cobwebs and dust collecting on the walls.
