Fast, friendly, clean, fresh. A little pricier, but I'm willing to pay it for the convenience of having them close by for quick shopping and last minute items.

Small pricey grocery store with limited product.  Milk has short shelf life negating any savings.  Product selection is shrinking monthly.  In less a year 8 specific items on our list have disappeared and upper management doesn't care. The high attrition rate of middle managers who cared about customers seems high in this store.

I have been going to that store when it was FOOD LION since it opened.  Now as a SHOP N SAVE it is beyond pathetic! High prices, and the shelves without products. Virtually no customer service. Grumpy Associates, and the short haired lady manager walks by without saying anything. Went to the Deli and was greeted by a angry woman behind the counter. Very rude. So now I usually do my shopping at the new Walmart near Stephens City. Its cheaper, and I get a better selection of products. SHOP N SAVE needs to re-train their associates.
