At one time this was an outstanding store, everything was new and shiny. Now it shows its age, selection is your basic family store, not a huge variety though. The staff are helpful if and when you can find some who is actually working. Everything appears to be on clearance all the time, which give the place a real "going out of business" feeling.

I am sorry but if you do NOT want to honor a payless shoe coupon then you should NOT sell the payless shoes. Congrats you lost a customer since that was always the main reason I used shopko over walmart....

Dropped off prescription and they lost it. I had to wait an entire week + just to find out they didn’t want to fill the prescription because they did not want to apply the coupon I brought in. I never give bad reviews but this is ridiculous to make someone suffer this long because they don’t like their own coupon (otherwise the medication is $350 generic.) Thanks for treating the chronically ill like a horrible inconvenience. 0/10 do not recommend their pharmacy. Also some of the people working for this company are the absolute worst. I will never go back for anything ever again.

I only purchase shoes here since it's the only place on the south side that has decent brands. Their everyday items are just too expensive. Their marketing tactic is to jack the price up on everything then put it on "sale" to trick the consumer into thinking theyre getting a great deal.
