The store is big, usually small lines but the employees aren't super friendly, otherwise a good.

Incompetent. No one informed my sister that they don't have the item needed for the pre op, of our frail mother and when I called to ask to check the prescription if they dispense it all, the pharmacist says the dispenser offered if needed to speak to pharmacist. Wow! That is a pharmacist job description now?? to tell everyone that you are missing or they don't have one item in the prescription???? 
We moved to this shoppers because it is closer to home, what a stupid decision.

Although often very busy, the pharmacy staff is accommodating and very kind hearted! They definitely do their best to get things done in a timely fashion and the pharmacists always make a point of explaining my new medication in depth! Great!

If you require toothpaste or brush this is a great store plenty of stock, selection and ok price. If your life depends on prescriptions then stay away. Very long lines, never enough staff who turn over very quickly and frequently out of meds. Staff are so wired they are stressed. Terrible customer service if any at all. Try Courtice Pharmacy across the street, I am.
