Going to this place for years. Management is horrible. They make you feel like it is your fault. When they run a sale, it's a joke. They never have a lot of things posted. The employees that are not in management positions are very good. Helpful and friendly. Maybe management should take lessons.

Located on Spencer street, ShopRite is a nice place to shop for grocery, meat and bakery items. The fruits and produce are fresh, although one might feel they are a bit high on the price spectrum. Thats not necessarily a bad thing because the quality they provide is  superior to its bigger brother (the big W). They also have flowers and plants on sale which can be a nice decoration item. Do sign up for their reward program. Its free and it always helps you save a few cents here and their. They also have other store in and around the Hartford area, but this is my preferred one.

The frozen food vegetable section is a disaster. The packages are upside down or backwards or in a pile and unreadable. It is an absolute mess. Also the Delicatessen is always understaffed. Too many times I have to had to just skip it because I didn't have time to wait and wait and wait. The aisle with the shampoos body washes Etc are not marked don't know where anything is in that section. I hate shopping at ShopRite but it's close inconvenient otherwise I would definitely go elsewhere and I may still decide to do so

Never so far had a bad experience. When I buy a picnic roast if I ask they will skinned it for you not everyone does that. 👍

I luv  shop rite especially on Thursdays they have soul food Thursday the food is awesome you must try from fried chicken barbecue ribs college greens black eye peas Mac and cheese cornbread yummy  And so much more.
