Every single time I go here I have a bad experience. I live less than a mile from this location but have decided to drive to a Price Chopper further away due to the lack of costumer service. There is always a ton of customers waiting to check out but for some reason I have never seen more than four check out stations open. This is clearly not due to a lack of staff because all of the staff seem to congregate around the managers podium by the sliding doors socializing. My checkout is always the same. There is never a "How are you today?" Just a "Do you have a ShopRite card? If that. My last visit I walked up to the register, placed all of my items on the belt and waited as the cashier continued to chat with his what seemed to be girlfriend who only had a carton of milk. After 5 mins he flipped his light off and told me he was closed because he needed a break! I had to put all the items back onto my cart and find another checkout station. To top it off there are some sketchy characters in the parking lot that beg for money that make me very nervous. I'm use to this in this area but some of these guys are aggressive, and will follow you for a while. I would never have my girlfriend shop here alone. Honestly it's worth driving to a safer location with a better shopping experience. The Joseph family should be ashamed of this location.

The prices at this store are reasonable, but if you shop here, be prepared to have to go to other stores for stuff that you need. The store's shelves have a bazillion brands of potato chips and snacks, but you may find empty spots and restricted choices in dairy, produce, meats, ice cream, and juices. This store struggles to keep produce in particular in stock.

Great store. Clean and bright. Management always visible on the floor. My only wish would be that the cash register would stop ringing up after ten items in the ten items or less register. ☺

Prices are good, as are *some* employees. But a visit here is generally frustrating. The lines are always long, there are always very few registers open, and things move at a snail's pace. We went in for a few things and got into a line where the light was clearly on, only to be told (not even by the cashier, but by a nosy customer) that the guy ahead of us was the last one they'd take. I had no intention of getting into the back of a different line after waiting for several minutes already, so I chose to get my things elsewhere. And I will continue to do so. There is nothing here good enough to make a visit worth the hassle.

Affordable groceries with decent service. Expect lines here since there's only a few registers running most of the time.
